Mostly I go to the library for books, but also sometimes I just go to exist in a space that’s organized, peaceful, comfortable, welcoming, and run by somebody who actually seems to know what they’re doing, because I’m not sure where else to get that energy

Fake has become so acceptable that people get offended when you keep it real.

I used to believe this, but I think maturity lies in communication. You don’t ask “why” someone doesn’t call you - you tell them how you feel about it; that you’d like to talk to them more, and you ask them how you can be there for them too. You do your best to understand them.
